Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in 1/2 c. sugar, salt, eggs, oil and flour. Beat until smooth. Mix in enough flour to handle easy. Turn on lightly floured board; knead until elastic. Place in greased bowl and cover; rise until double, about 1 hour. Punch down; divide in half. Knead raisins into each half. Roll each half into a 9 x 18 in. rectangular shape. Brush with oil.

Next, in a small bowl, mix 1/2 c. sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle each rectangle with mixture; roll dough. Press ends to seal and place in loaf pan. Brush with oil, place in warm place to rise (should double in about 1 hour). Bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Brush loaves with butter, cool on wire rack. Makes 2 loaves.
