1 1/2 cups oil
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
3 cups plain flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups apples, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350º for one hour.
May substitute 3/4 cup applesauce for 1/2 of the oil.
