1 Duncan Hines Deluxe Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges with juice

Frosting:
1 large container Cool Whip
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (3 1/2 oz) box of instant vanilla pudding mix

Directions:

Cake:
Mix all ingredients well and bake in 3 layers at 350º for 15-20 minutes. Cool layers.

Frosting:
Mix all ingredients well. Frost between layers and outside of cake as well. Cover and refrigerate.
