Make Dream Cake using French Vanilla cake mix.

Icing:
1 cup butter
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups brown sugar (packed)
1 box confectioner's sugar

Make Dream Cake using French Vanilla cake mix. Make in 3 layers or two split layers.

Icing:
Melt butter and sugar over low heat. Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk and bring to a boil. Add confectioner's sugar. Beat until cool. Spread on layers and ice outside of cake as well.
