Crust
1 c flour
½ tsp salt
5 T butter
3 T cold water

Filling
1 ½ chicken broth
½ c celery
2 c carrots
½ c onion
1 ½ milk
¼ c flour
2 c cheddar cheese
4 c chicken
¼ tsp poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients for the crust and form a dough ball. Chill this while making the filling.

For the filling mix the first 4 ingredients in a sauce pan and cook for 15 minutes. In a seperate container mix the milk and flour. Pour the milk mixture into the chicken broth. Continue to cook over medium high heat until it thickens. Add the cheese, chicken, and seasoning. Pour the filling into a 2½ - 3 qt baking dish. Roll out the crust and cut a steam vent. Bake at 425º for 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
