Dressing
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup buttermilk
1 chopped avocado
2 T fresh chives
2 T fresh parsley
1 T fresh tarragon
1 T lemon juice
1 t anchovy paste
1 t garlic
Salt and pepper

Salad
1 pound shrimp
3 T olive oil
1 T lemon juice
3 hearts of Romaine

Directions:

Dressing
Make in blender - pulse about 30-45 seconds

Salad
Toss shrimp in part of oil, lemon, and salt and pepper. Grill shrimp 1-2 minutes per side.
Cut Romaine in half lengthwise and brush with remaining oil. Grill about 2 minutes. Cut crosswise and put in bowl.

Combine all in large bowl.
