1 lb pork sausage
1 pkg crescent roll dough
8 eggs, beaten
2 c shredded mozzarella
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp dried oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in a skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Preheat oven to 325º. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish. Line the bottom of the prepared baking dish with the crescent roll dough. Sprinkle the dough with the sausage. In a large bowl mix the beaten eggs, mozzarella and cheddar. Season the mixture with oregano and pour over the sausage and crescent roll. Bake 25 to 30 mintes in the preheated oven or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
