Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

1 whole hicken
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
¾ c sour cream
⅓ c milk
1 small can of green chilis diced
1 small can sliced olives
2 c cheddar cheese
1 package of flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until fully cooked. Debone chicken and cut up into bite size pieces. In another bowl, mix the cream of chicken, sour cream and milk. Add the diced chilis, olives and ½ of the soup mixture to the chicken. (The other ½ will be put on the top of rolled tortillias.) Roll up chicken mixture in the tortillas and place in 9x13 pan or two 8x8 pans. Spread remainder of soup mixtrue on top of tortillas and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350º for approximately 35 minutes or until bubbling.
