Cookie Sheet Cake

2 C. Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 C. Water
2 Eggs (Beaten)
1/2 c. Sour Milk (1tsp. vinegar to 1/2 c. of milk)
1 tsp. Cinnamon
2 C. Sugar
1 Stick Butter
3 Tbsp. Cocoa
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Cookie Sheet Frosting
1 Stick Butter
6 Tbsp. Milk
1/2 C. Walnuts
3 Tbsp. Cocoa
1 lb. Powered Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Cookie Sheet Cake- Directions
Sift flour, add sugar and salt. Put butter, water, cocoa in pan and bring to a boil. Pour over flour and sugar mixture. In another bowl put eggs, baking soda, milk and cinnamon and vanilla. Add to above mixture & beat. Pour into a greased cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Cookie Sheet Frosting- Directions
Mix butter, milk and cocoa in a pan. Heat...don't boil. Remove from heat- add remaining ingredients. Frost when warm.
