2 boxes of strawberry gelatin
2 cups boiling water
3 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water in a large bowl. When completely dissolved stir in the strawberries. Allow the strawberries to cool the gelatin mix until it just starts to set. Fold in the whipped cream and place bowl in refrigerator until completely set. The mixture can be transferred to a jelly mold to allow to set. Makes a pretty salad. Garnish with fresh strawberries
