1 stick butter
1c sugar
6 eggs
2 t vanilla
2 t cinnamon
7 slices bread (can be white, oatmeal, leave crust on) cubed
15 plums pitted and coursely chopped
Plums can be fresh/frozen, canned/drained or dried/reconstituted

Directions:

Cream sugar and butter w/fork
Add eggs
Add all other ingredients and blend well
Pour into greasd baking dish
Bake @350 degrees for 30 min or until set
