1 - 15 ounce can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), rinsed and drained
3 T olive oil
1 t bottled hot pepper sauce
1/4 t coarse sea salt
1/4 t freshly ground black pepper
Pinch paprika
1 T finely snipped Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
Pinch coarse sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a medium bowl combine garbanzo beans, oil, hot pepper sauce, the 1/4 teaspoon salt, the black pepper, and paprika. Spread in an even layer in a 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Roast about 30 minutes or until browned and crisp. Cool for 5 minutes.
Toss with parsley and the pinch salt.
