1 beef soup bone 2 lb
2 quarts of cold water
1 small chopped onion
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of canned tomatoes
5-6 carrots sliced
1 can of shoe peg corn
2 cups of butter beans
2 cups of diced potatoes
1/2 cup chopped celery
Salt and pepper to taste
2 lbs stew beef browned

Brown stew meat and add meat and bone to cold water with onion and salt and cook slowly for 2 hours
Add vegetables except corn and continue cooking for 1 hour adding corn the last 15 minutes
