¾ c. all-purpose flour
¾ c. sugar
¾ tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
⅓ tbsp. cup butter
2 cubs semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 cup semi-sweet white morsels
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ tub ready-spread vanilla frosting

Pre-heat oven to 350◦F. Lightly greased and flower a 13 x 9 x 2-inch backing pan; set aside.
In small bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking soda. In another small bowl, beat together eggs, water and vanilla. In large saucepan, melt butter and 1 cup of chocolate morsels over low heat. Stir in egg mixture and flour mixture. Mix until smooth. Stir in remaining chocolate morsels, white morsels, and nuts. Spread in prepared pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack. Warm frosting in microwave oven on high 20 to 30 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over brownies. Cut and serve.
