3 c of ground or cubed ham
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 celery ribs, diced
8 green onions
⅓ c unsalted sunflower kernels
⅓ c diced green pepper
⅓ chopped dill pickle
⅓ c mayonnaise
⅓ c sour cream
1 jar diced pimientos, drained ( I don't use)
1 tsp ranch salad dressing mix
1 tsp coarsely ground pepper

In a large bowl mix all the ingrediants and enjoy.
