Alfredo Salmon Pasta Recipe

1 (18 oz) jar Alfredo Sauce
1 lb Salmon Fillets (I usually substitue with a can of Salmon)
1 Lemon juiced (2-3 T lemon juice)
1 T vinegar
1 tsp Dried Basil
1 tsp Dried Parsley
1 (16 oz) uncooked rotini pasta
1 (6 oz) shredded Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 400º. Heat Alfredo Sauce in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Place Salmon in the baking dish. Mix the lemon juice and vinegar in a small bowl and pour over the Salmon. Season with Basil & Parley. (If using the canned Salmon, drain and mix in above mentioned ingrediants).

Bake Salmon for 15 minutes in oven until it easilly flakes with a fork Remove from heat and break into bite size pieces. (Skip this step if using canned Salmon).

Bring pan of lightly salted water to boil. Add rotini, and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and place in a large bowl.

Gently toss the salmon, pasta, and Alfredo sauce together in the large bowl. Serve with Parmesan Cheese.
