2 1/3 cups semolina flour
½ cup yellow corn meal
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons yeast
1 ½ teaspoons salt
¼ cup Bakers Special Dry Milk
¼ cup unsalted butter
¾ cup + 2 tablespoons water
1 large egg
sesame seeds for crust

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (but for sesame seeds) to form a shaggy dough. Knead for 10 minutes, and allow to rest for 10 minutes, knead again for 10 minutes. Place in bowl and let rise for 1 hour.

Shape into a round boule and brush top with milk, sprinkling sesame seeds, cover and let rise for 45 minutes.

Bake in a preheated 350° oven for about 40 minutes
