Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cups flour
2 tablespoons canola oil, plus 1 teaspoon more
4 tablespoons whole milk yogurt
1 packet yeast (2 ¼ tsp.)
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 level teaspoon baking powder
1 cup whole milk, warmed

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour in a bowl, make well and add two tablespoons oil, yogurt, yeast, sugar and salt and baling powder. Use fingers to combine ingredients until they resemble crumbs, then add the warm milk, mixing until dough forms.

Flour hands and knead dough for 5 minutes (it will be wet and sticky) Rinse hands, and knead again into a ball. Rub teaspoon oil over dough and let rise for 60-90 minutes until doubled in size.

Divide dough into 12 pieces, dust lightly with flour, and roll each into a ball, and flatten into a 5-8” oval.
Place large sauté pan over medium-high heat. When hot, cook one naan for 30-40 seconds per side, until it begins to bubble. Flip over again and press with spatula for 10-15 seconds. Repeat process for each ball, keeping finished naan in low heat oven.
