2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon baking soda
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Sliced scallions
1 1/2 cups sour cream


Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together dry ingredients, and drizzle melted butter into dry ingredients. Mix lightly to distribute butter. Make a well in center and add sliced scallions and sour cream, mixing until batter forms. Drop ½ cupfuls of dough onto parchment lined baking sheet. Baste tops with more melted butter and sprinkle hot paprika on. Bake in 400° oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
