3 cups white sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
6 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon juice (Realmon)
3 cups flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
1) Cream sugar and butter; add eggs, one at a time. Add sour cream, vanilla extract and lemon juice. Then add dry ingredients. Put into 2 loaf pans sprayed with a non-stick spray and sprinkled with flour (or cinnamon sugar). Bake at 325F for 1 hour. Makes 2 cakes.
