2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup soft butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons milk
Directions:

Cream together sugar & butter.

Add rest of ingredients and beat until smooth.

If the icing is too thing add more sugar. If too think, add more milk.
