2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 lb all-purpose potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 cups 1% milk
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Cooking Spray

Directions:
Directions:
1. Coat 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Combine garlic, potatoes, milk, onion, salt, nutmeg and pepper in a medium saucepan.
3. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
4. Transfer potatoes to prepared baking dish.
5. Transfer 1/4 cup of milk mixture to a small bowl.
6. Whisk in sour cream.
7. Pour over the potatoes.
8. Top with Parmesan Cheese.
9. Broil potatoes until golden.
10. Serve.
