1 tbsp olive oil
2 bunches of asparagus (14 oz each)
Coarse salt
ground pepper
4 wide strips of lemon zest
juice from 1/2 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add 2 bunches asparagus with ends trimmed and seasoned with coarse salt and ground pepper.
3. Cook, tossing occasionally, until lightly browned and crisp tender, 10 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness.
4. Add 4 wide strips of lemon zest and cook 1 minute.
5. Add juice from 1/2 lemon, toss to coat and serve warm.
