2 pounds red potatoes, cut into small wedges
1 large onion, chopped
3 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Stir to coat.
3. Place in a single layer on an ungreased shallow baking pan.
4. Bake uncovered at 425º F for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and lightly browned.
5. Serve.
