9-10 cups cornbread, crumbled
2 cups chopped celery
3 cups chopped onion
1 teaspoon sage
2 1/2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup melted butter
3 eggs, beaten
3-4 cups broth
1 cup chicken or turkey, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornbread, celery, and onions in a large bowl. Pour the butter and only 3 cups of the broth over and mix. Add seasonings gradually, to your taste, with more broth if needed to make a thick consistency. Mix well and spoon into a 13 x 8 inch pan. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then uncover and continue baking for 30 minutes more.

I use half white bread cubes, toasted. You can add whatever more stuff you like: mushrooms, chopped pecans, cranberries or blueberries, oysters, etc.
