2 lbs fresh broccoli, cut into florets
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup crushed cheese-flavored snack crackers

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place 1-inch of water and the broccoli in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes or just until crisp-tender.
3. Drain and place in a greased 2-quart baking dish.
4. In a bowl, combine the soup, mayonnaise, cheese and lemon juice.
5. Pour over broccoli.
6. Sprinkle with crushed crackers.
7. Bake, uncovered, at 350º F for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
