1¼ c Sugar
1 T Flour
1 T Cornmeal
4 Eggs, unbeaten
¼ c Milk
¼ c Lemon Juice
¼ c Butter or Margarine, melted
Grated Rind of one Lemon
Unbaked Pie Crust
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and cornmeal together with a spoon and then stir in eggs. Add remaining ingredients and beat by hand until smooth. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 30 minutes at 375º.
