1½ c Sugar
6 Egg Yolks
6 T Cocoa mixed in a paste with hot water
4 T Cornstarch or Flour mixed in a paste with water
½ t Salt
2 c Milk

3 T Butter
1½ t Vanilla
Pre-baked Pie Crust
Whipped Cream
Directions:
Directions:
Add ingredients in order given into a saucepan (except butter and vanilla). Cook over low flame,stirring constantly until thick. (If lumpy, beat until smooth.) Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla and beat in. Pour into pre-baked pie crust and Cool. Top with whipped cream.
