Crust:
1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs (45 wafers)
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/3 cup melted butter

Cheesecake:
3- 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
1- 14 oz can Eagle Brand milk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips melted (12 oz)
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla

Crust:
Preheat oven to 300º. Combine first 4 ingredients. Press firmly on bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

Cheesecake:
In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
