2 c. flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon (or 1 tsp. cinnamon plus 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice)
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. oil
nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Add oil, eggs, and pumpkin and blend well. Add nuts if desired. Bake in a jelly roll pan or two cake pans at 350º for 25 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
