2 lbs Round Steak, 1 inch thick
1 c Mushrooms, sliced
Butter
½ package Dry Onion Soup Mix
⅛ t Pepper
2 T Water

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms. Center steak in heavy foil then put on mushrooms, soup mix, pepper and water. Seal. Cook at 450º for 1½ or until tender.
