1 3oz pkg cherry jello
mix jello with 3/4 cups of boiling water. Set in refrigerator to cool.

1 oranges
1 1/2 apples
1/4 lb. cranberries
1/2 cup celery
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Grind unpeeled orange, apples, and cranberries. Add sugar, nuts, and celery.
Stir until sugar dissolved. Mix with cooled jello. refrigerate overnight.

The last few times Grandma made this she cut down on the orange and peel and liked it much better
The original recipe was doubled but Grandma hand wrote the measurements she used. I put her measurements in this recipe. She used a sausage grinder, but she said a food processor was acceptable.
