Round Steak cut ¼ to ½ inch thick
Bacon, reserve bacon grease
Onions
Mustard
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak in strips 1½ to 2 inches wide and 6 inches long. Spread mustard on steak. Lay ½ strip of bacon on top. Sprinkle onion slices over bacon. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Flour and then brown in bacon grease then simmer with 1 c water for 1½-2 hours. Place on bed of rice with liquid and bake with foil covered over top.
