1 cup corn meal
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

2 lg eggs
1 cup cream style corn
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together corn meal, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add eggs and mix.
Stir in creamed style corn, sour cream and cooking oil.
Pour into greased 8 x 8 inch cake pan.
Bake at 400ºF for 25 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Personal Notes:
I usually use the whole (small can) of creamed corn and top up with sour cream until they combine to two cups. (Saves throwing away the creamed corn.)
