1 lb fresh cranberries
1 orange
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Using a food grinder, grind cranberries and orange (cut into slices), peel included. Add sugar, stir well. Cover and sit on counter 24 hours. Refrigerate, stirring daily, for up to 4 weeks.

I usually make this the first week of November.

More sugar might be needed if berries and/or orange are particularly tart.

This is also good on top of cream cheese on a cracker!
