2 pks unflavored gelatin
1 cup cold water
1/2 cup sugar
1 large can of crushed pineapple
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup nuts (Grandma used pecans)

Directions:
Directions:
mix gelatin, water, sugar, and pineapple together and boil 5 minutes let cool some, add cream cheese,stir until smooth, add cream, and nuts. Let set in refrigerator until firm.

Grandma always cut it into squares and put a half of a maraschino cherry in the center of each square.
