4 c instant nonfat dry powder milk
1 1/2-2 c sugar
1 c powdered non-dairy creamer
2/3 c cocoa
1 pkg instant store-bought chocolate or vanilla pudding mix (optional but very good)

Directions:
Directions:
Measure all of the ingredients into a dry clean bowl. Whisk everything together. If the cocoa clumps up, smash the little balls with a fork. When everything is evenly distributed, transfer the mix to a canister that can be sealed

To Prepare:
Put 1/3 c of mix into a cup or mug. Add 1 cup boiling water to the top. Stir and serve.
