Ingredients:
I used to make this dish for my kids often. Loaded with fresh veggies, quick to cook. And they loved it.

1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak about 1 inch thick
2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1 pkg (10 oz) uncooked wide egg noodles
1 tsp butter or margarine
2 cups fresh broccoli cut up
1 cup julienne carrots
1 cup frozen small whole onions ( or just use what onion you have chopped)
1 pkg brown gravy mix
1 Tbl ketchup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1) press the pepper into the steak on both sides. Broil in oven 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Let it rest for five minutes then slice thinly.
2) prepare egg noodles, drain and place on platter, dot with butter.
3) parboil cut up broccoli, carrots and frozen pearl onions. If you are using whole onions, I would suggest rather then boiling, a quick sautée just until golden. Boil for 6-8 minutes then drain.
4) place brown gravy mix in microwaveable dish with one cup water. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes stirring every minute ( you can do this on stove as well). Add ketchup, Worcestershire and combine. Add sour cream and just heat until hot.
5) to serve, take the platter with egg noodles, top with veggies and sliced beef, then top with sauce. End result, real broiled beef loaded with fresh veggies and egg noodles with a stroganoff taste.
