1 tsp chopped onion
1 tsp carrot, shredded
1 green onion, cut into small pieces
1 cup cooked rice
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp olive oil or peanut oil
1 cup cooked diced chicken
small amount diced ham
1/2 tsp sesame seed
2 tsp soy sauce
1 egg
Pinch of pepper and salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a nonstick pan with a small amount of olive oil, scramble egg and chop after cooking.
Saute onion, green onion and carrot in small amount of oil and mix well with scrambled egg.
Add cooked chicken and ham and cook over medium heat.
Spoon rice into pan. Mix well with vegetables, eggs, chicken and ham. Stir constantly.
Add garlic, sesame seeds, salt and pepper.
Stir in soy sauce and add 2 tsp olive oil. Stir until mixed and rice is slightly browned.
