1 pkg boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 green pepper chopped
1 large onion chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes
12 oz thin spaghetti
1 small brick Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 small can mushrooms, plus liquid


Directions:
Directions:

Salt and pepper chicken, place in pot and cover with water. Boil until done, remove and chop.
Save broth.
Saute peppers and onion in butter. Add chicken and mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese. Heat until cheese melts.

Cook spaghetti in broth, drain but save some broth.

Add spaghetti to chicken mixture. Add broth if needed.
Bake at 375 for 30 min.
