Ingredients:  
Turkey or Chicken parts (heart, neck, gizzard, etc.)
2 Eggs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Flour
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook turkey or chicken parts ahead of time and cut up. Boil at least 2 eggs. Cut up and add to giblets. Add salt, pepper and cook together. Mix flour and milk and thicken. You be the judge to how much liquid and thickening.
