1/2 c. warm water
2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. warm milk
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 t. salt
2/3 c. cocoa
3 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. white flour

Filling:
2 T. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. chopped nuts
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1/2 t. cinnamon, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add milk, butter, sugar, and salt. Stir in cocoa and flour and knead in mixer to form a soft dough. Place in greased bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
Divide dough in half. Roll out into rectangle and spread with butter and filling. Roll up and cut into rolls and place on greased baking sheet. Let rise until doubled. Bake 375º for 20-25 minutes. Can dust with powdered sugar or spread with cream cheese butter frosting.
