1½ pounds sole, orange roughy or other lean fish fillet
½ cup sliced almonds
¼ cup margarine, softened
2 Tbsp grated lemon peel
½ tsp salt
½ tsp paprika
2 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Grease rectangular baking dish with shortening. Cut fish into 6 serving pieces; place skin side down in baking dish. Mix almonds, margarine, lemon peel, salt and paprika; spoon over fish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
