1 10.2 oz can (5 biscuits) Pillsbury Grands Refrigerator Biscuits (or use biscuits made from Bisquick).
1 9 oz pkg frozen diced cooked chicken
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1/3 cup flour
1 10 1/2 oz can condensed chicken broth
1 1/4 cup milk
1 cup Green Giant Frozen Sweet Peas
1 4 oz can Green Giant Mushroom Pieces and Stems, drained
1 2 oz jar diced pimentos, drained
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

1. Bake biscuits per pkg directions.
2. Cook chicken in skillet with a little oil, remove chicken and cut up
3. Melt margarine in large saucepan over medium low heat, add flour; stir until well blended.
4. Gradually stir in broth and milk, cooking and stirring until bubbly and thickened.
5. Add chicken and all remaining ingredients, mix well.
6. Simmer 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
7. Split warm biscuits; place bottom biscuit on serving plates.
8. Spoon hot chicken mixture over biscuits.
9. Place top biscuit over chicken mixture.
