1 frying chicken, 2 1/2 to 3 lbs, cut into pieces
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup chili sauce or ketchup
2 tbsp onion, chopped
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all except chicken in saucepan, simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
2. Place chicken, skin side up, in large baking dish.
3. Pour half of sauce over chicken and bake uncovered at 350º F for about 45 to 60 minutes.
4. Baste with remaining sauce every 15 minutes during baking time.
