8 T Butter (1 stick)
6 c water
1 1/2 c grits
3 eggs
2 t salt
1-2 garlic gloves, crushed
1 t paprika
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Dash of hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 2 quart casserole
Bring water to a boil in large saucepan
Stir grits into boiling water. Stir constantly until completely mixed and thickened.
Mix eggs slightly and add small amount of grits into eggs stirring constantly
to prevent overcooking of eggs. Add to grits, add seasoning, cheese, and
butter, mixing well. Pour grits mix into buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
