1 lb hamburger
1½ tsp salt
1 jar favorite spaghetti sauce
1 12 oz cottage cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 well beaten eggs
⅓ cup parsley flakes
1 tsp. onion flakes
½ tsp basil

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix 1 lb browned & drained hamburger with 1 32 oz jar spaghetti sauce, salt, and basil.
2. Put ¾ cup meat mixture in 9 x 13 baking pan and then a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles followed by a
layer of meat sauce & cheese mixture.
3. Repeat layers until finished add ¼ cup water around edge and cover with foil.
4. Bake @ 350 º for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for additional 15 minutes.
5. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
