4 large leaf lettuce leaves
3 hard boiled eggs
1/3 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
1/3 cup reduced fat Thousand Island Dressing
1 tsp lemon juice from frozen concentrate
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 lb already cooked and peeled shrimp
2 large ribs of celery, 1 cup diced
Salt to taste

Directions:

1. Rinse, drain and dry lettuce.
2. Place a leaf on each plate.
3. Peel eggs, chop fine and place in 2 quart bowl or larger.
4. Add the mayonnaise, Thousand Island Dressing, lemon juice, Worcestershire, onion powder and pepper.
5. Stir well to mix.
6. Reserve 4 whole shrimp for garnish.
7. If remaining shrimp are large, cut them in half or into bite size pieces.
8. Add them to bowl, add celery, onion and salt to taste.
9. Top each lettuce leaf with the salad, dividing equally.
10. Garnish with the whole shrimp.
Serve!
