4 cup flour
1¾ cup shortening or butter
1 T sugar
2 tsp sale
1 T vinegar
1 egg
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat remaining ingredients. Combine mixtures, stirring with a fork until all ingredients are moistened. Mold dough into balls. Chill at least 15 minutes before rolling into desired shape.

Dough can be left in refrigerator up to 3 days, or it can be frozen.

Makes two 9" double crusts.
