1 flank steak or London broil

Mix together:
1/3 c oil
1/3 c vinegar
4 T soy sauce
1 t garlic powder
4 T brown sugar
Salt and pepper
1 onion sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Put marinade, sliced onion and flank steak in a large ziplock overnight or 24 hours.
Grill steak.
Simmer left over marinade and onions.
Slice steak thinly and on a diagonal. Serve sauce and onions with the meat.

This recipe is a Bucknut favorite! Serve with the cucumber salad, sweet corn casserole, cauliflower, or carrots. This brings back memories of bbq’s on Greatmar and Greatjudge’s back patio.
